To celebrate, honor and recognize those impacted by organ and tissue donation. Nationally, nearly 100,000 people are waiting for a lifesaving organ transplant. In Colorado and Wyoming, more than 1,700 people are on the waiting list. This year, mothers Cheryl Badger and Lori Sanchez shared thier stories about their children and how donation has impacted their lives. Donor Alliance welcomes Team Denver Rescue Mission to the Donor Dash to help inspire the others by sharing their hardships and encouraging people to give back to their communities.
