The black police car rammed the suspects car during the chase lead up to the shoot out.

Breaking news - The suspect's car the scene of a Westminster Police shoot out at eastbound 120th Ave. and Federal Blvd, two Westminster officers were shot in the gun battle.

Police are still investigating the high-speed shootout on Federal that culminated in a police vehicle ramming the suspect's silver Subaru before a fatal exchange of gunfire.
